Symptoms
Common Symptoms of Low Testosterone
Low testosterone can present differently from person to person. Symptoms may include:
- Fatigue and low energy
- Reduced libido
- Erectile dysfunction
- Loss of motivation or drive
- Brain fog and poor concentration
- Decreased muscle mass or strength
- Increased abdominal weight gain
- Poor exercise recovery
- Mood changes or irritability
- Reduced resilience to stress
Not all symptoms are caused by testosterone deficiency, which is why a more complete and individualized assessment is important.

Our approach
What to expect at Pure Wellness Group
At Pure Wellness Group, our goal is to provide a complete and medically grounded approach to men’s hormone care and TRT monitoring in Sudbury. Patients have access to:
- Local in-person care and follow-up
- Comprehensive medical assessment
- Ongoing monitoring and individualized treatment adjustments
- Broader cardiovascular and metabolic screening
- Whole-person care that looks beyond testosterone alone
- Functional and integrative medicine perspectives when appropriate
- Additional wellness and optimization options including IV therapies and supportive protocols
Rather than focusing only on achieving a target testosterone level, we aim to better understand the full picture contributing to symptoms, performance, recovery, and long-term health.
Non-judgemental
A Non-Judgemental & Realistic Approach
Men pursue TRT and hormone optimization for many different reasons, from exploring testosterone deficiency for the first time, to managing an existing protocol, to independently using testosterone or performance-enhancing compounds and struggling to find a provider willing to have an open, realistic conversation about monitoring and risk reduction.
Our approach is practical, respectful, and non-judgemental.

Many patients are looking for
- Access to appropriate monitoring and bloodwork
- Help interpreting labs and managing side effects
- A provider willing to discuss risks honestly
- Guidance around safer long-term practices
- Support with cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, fertility, and sleep-related concerns
- A clearer understanding of how hormone use affects overall health and performance
Depending on the situation, we may also assist with
- Therapeutic phlebotomy coordination and management
- Sleep apnea screening and sleep study referrals
- Cardiovascular and metabolic risk assessment
- Additional investigations when clinically appropriate
- Ongoing monitoring and follow-up
- Transitioning toward safer and more sustainable protocols
While not all patients or protocols are appropriate for prescription-based TRT management, we are comfortable helping patients better understand and monitor their health from a medical and harm-reduction perspective. The goal is to improve patient safety, continuity of care, informed decision-making, and long-term health outcomes through open discussion and evidence-informed guidance.
