Prenatal care is an important aspect of promoting a healthy pregnancy and for preparing for birth and postpartum.
In order to avoid the use of potentially harmful substances, women often prefer a more natural approach to their health issues at this time.
Pure Wellness Group offers prenatal and postnatal support in collaboration with your choice of birth care providers. We provide supportive care for morning sickness, fatigue, high blood pressure and digestive complaints. Closer to your due date, we can help you prepare for labor and may support techniques used to help encourage optimal fetal positioning, in collaboration with your birth care provider.
After your baby is born, Pure Wellness Group may assist you with support for your energy levels, breastfeeding difficulties or postpartum depression.

What happens at a first appointment?
When you visit Pure Wellness, your health care provider will complete a full assessment of your health and medical history so that any condition you are suffering from can be addressed in an appropriate manner.
When is the clinic open?
- Monday – Thursday: 9am – 5pm
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed
