Overview
Men’s health concerns such as fatigue, low energy, erectile dysfunction, weight gain, and reduced performance are often interconnected and rarely caused by a single issue.
At Pure Wellness Group in Sudbury, Phil Beauchamp, NP provides a comprehensive and medically grounded approach to men’s health: combining conventional medical care with integrative and functional strategies to identify underlying causes and support long-term health, function, and performance.

A broader view
A Broader View of Men’s Health
Symptoms such as low libido, erectile dysfunction, reduced stamina, and changes in body composition are often influenced by multiple systems working together. These may include:
- Hormonal balance, including testosterone
- Cardiovascular health and blood flow
- Metabolic factors such as insulin resistance
- Sleep quality and stress physiology
- Medication effects and lifestyle patterns
A thorough assessment looks beyond a single lab value to understand the broader clinical picture.

Erectile dysfunction
Erectile Dysfunction & Cardiovascular Health
Erectile dysfunction is often an early indicator of vascular or metabolic changes rather than simply a localized issue.
Because blood flow and endothelial function play a central role, ED can reflect early cardiovascular risk.
A comprehensive assessment can help identify contributing factors, guide appropriate treatment, and support broader cardiovascular and metabolic health.
Integrated care
An Integrated Model of Care
Care at Pure Wellness Group brings together the strengths of conventional and integrative medicine.
As a Nurse Practitioner, Phil provides medical assessment, prescribing, and diagnostic oversight, while working collaboratively with the Naturopathic Doctors to incorporate functional strategies, targeted therapies, and individualized treatment plans.
This integrated approach allows patients to access a wider range of tools while maintaining a structured and medically guided plan of care.
